Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to clinicians and non-clinicians
Utilize data analytics to track and assess the effectiveness of training programs
Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites for efficient collaboration and information sharing
Curate content for learning materials based on stakeholder input
Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address skill and knowledge gaps

Required
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience developing classroom-based, eLearning, and virtual learning solutions
Experience with designing training solutions and talent development experiences
Prior experience partnering with learning vendors on large-scale projects
Experience working in hospice or palliative care strongly preferred
Preferred
Experience with video production and audio recordings
Strong content curation skills
Familiarity with a variety of media and development tools for training solutions
