Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Provisioning product.

Understand the 'what & why' of User Stories & Features and their impact on Operational Key Results and Customers.

Document and communicate business requirements, including writing detailed Features with User Stories and defining Acceptance Criteria.

Work with stakeholders and business partners to gather, analyze and define business requirements.

Work with other product team members to translate roadmap work into features and stories, and coordinate development work across teams.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Provide feature demonstrations to stakeholders and business partners.

Manage product backlog and prioritize trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, and technical limitations.

Translate customer insights into actionable tasks.

Partner with engineering teams to create requirements and user stories.

Support integration testing and automation practices.

Lead cross-functional meetings and influence capability outcomes positively.
