Responsibilities
Partner with internal consultants to position Schwab’s platform, products, and people in an authentic and transparent manner
Champion the fiduciary advice model and Schwab’s leadership position in the RIA industry
Develop a sales region using a disciplined approach to planning and implementing required strategies and tactics
Engage with a wide range of firms including traditional wirehouse teams, independent advisors, family offices, trust companies, large branches/OSJ’s, and broker/dealers
Establish credibility and speak with authority and knowledge in the boardroom or via video conference
Lead cross-organizational teams and support team members
Exceed quarterly sales goals as set by the company

Required
Bachelor’s degree
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
Minimum of 5 years of proactive sales experience in the financial services and RIA industry
At least 5 years experience recruiting advisors in RIA sales/financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to manage complicated business-to-business sales situations
Strong interpersonal skills, comprehensive industry knowledge, comfortable with new relationships and cold calling opportunities
Substantial knowledge of competitor’s products, services, sales tactics and weaknesses
