Responsibilities
Drive Engagement: Create and manage content across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord, fostering excitement around New Moons.
Content Creation: Develop and schedule posts, videos, livestreams, and stories that highlight game features, lore, and updates.
Community Interaction: Engage directly with our growing community, responding to feedback, sparking conversations, and building long-term relationships with fans.
Campaign Management: Launch creative campaigns that drive Steam wishlists, generate buzz, and promote milestones such as demos, trailers, and launch events.
Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future strategies.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the narrative, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with the game’s vision and goals.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with social media and gaming trends, ensuring New Moons remains at the forefront of innovation in its marketing approach.

Required
2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Proven expertise in building and growing online communities, especially around gaming titles.
Strong storytelling skills with an ability to convey the unique themes and features of New Moons.
Proficiency with social media tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
Passion for gaming, especially FPS and sci-fi genres, with a deep understanding of gamer culture.
A creative and strategic thinker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with community platforms like Discord and familiarity with Steam campaigns is a plus.
