Required
A Minimum of 2 years prior OUTBOUND appointment setting experience required.
Experience setting appointments for insurance or related financial products is considered a plus.
Familiarity with using an autodialer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
At least 1 year of experience working remotely.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Outstanding telephone etiquette and articulation.
Ability to follow an approved script while effectively overcoming objections.
