Responsibilities

Manage relations with various Analytics clients
Set challenging and realistic goals for our labelling operations and sales
Coordinate intelligence analysts and OSINT subject matter experts to achieve said labelling objectives
Ensure high standards within our data operations by supervising documentation efforts
Take operational command of day-to-day operations, including agile project management and stand-up calls
Work closely with CEO to envision, plan and execute new data analytics products using our Wallet Database
Lead the pace and allocate resources for the data labelling R&D (technical efforts like those)
Secure partnerships and sales with other cybersecurity and analytics companies

Required

Experience in either the 1) cryptocurrency analytics company, or 2) AML / financial cybercrime ecosystem
Operational leadership experience in a startup environment (technical project / product management, Human and Financial Resource management)
Professional experience in client-facing roles
A strong attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.

Preferred

A good understanding of OSINT and Data Intelligence techniques, whether related to web3 cybercrime or otherwise
Engineering Degree, and/or good understanding of relational databases and data analytics
Experience doing exploratory research (R&D, hypothesis testing using data, etc)
Software Project Management experience (managing back and front end engineers)
