Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute performance content campaigns from initial concept through to final implementation, with the ability to design them independently when required.
Develop and execute A/B testing plans for performance creatives across various ad platforms.
Support on campaign strategy and maintain strong agency relationships across performance content channels.
Oversee rollout of new creatives into live campaigns, communicating priorities to channel owners based on data-driven insights.
Identify opportunities to utilize the existing creative library, iterating on top-performing assets and creating successful mash-ups.
Provide strategic guidance on creative direction, leveraging channel and placement expertise to meet media buying team requirements.
Contribute in creative meetings, providing stakeholders with updates on creative tests, performance insights, and trends.
Collaborate closely with an offshore editor to fulfill creative needs efficiently.
Analyze and offer detailed commentary on the performance of creatives, highlighting successful elements and emerging competitor trends.
Collaborate closely with media buyer to align on account needs, creative insights, and campaign priorities.
Enforce asset management guidelines, ensuring proper naming, tagging, and organization for comprehensive creative reporting within SaaS tools.
Support the development of creative briefs for internal and external teams, participating actively in creative brainstorms.
Possess the ability to understand and navigate extensive regulatory guidelines for scriptwriting, serving as the go-to expert for regulatory checks and external copy approvals.
Utilize Asana to track campaign status, ensuring projects are progressing smoothly and are aligned with broader team objectives.
Collaborate across various paid media projects that may come up (TV, Youtube, Etc)

Required
3+ years of experience in ad creative strategy and performance content operations for DTC products
Data-Driven Marketing Expertise: You are a data-driven marketer who understands and can optimize against direct response advertising metrics
Ad Network Familiarity: You have familiarity with major ad networks and their respective reporting dashboards
Data Storytelling and Reporting Skills: You're able to tell a story with data, combining Excel and PowerPoint/Google Sheet skills to create compelling visual presentations and insightful reports
Remote Team Collaboration: You're comfortable working remotely with multi-national teams across different time zones
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management software (Asana) to ensure smooth workflow across multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Creative Brief Development Skills: Experience creating clear, actionable briefs that align creative direction with brand messaging, target audience insights, and campaign goals
Preferred
UGC Creation Experience: A background in creating UGC to enhance engagement and reach is a plus.
