Responsibilities

Root cause analysis and issue resolution, escalation and communication

Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical and operational problems and take steps toward resolution, collaborating with both operations, clients and technology

Apply working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks

Integration relationship and support management with 3rd party vendors

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for monthly builds, technology releases, and at client request

Weekly configuration, work order management and review

Log and follow up on outstanding tickets for bugs

Support analysis of change requests and new features

Back-office user and client setups and maintenance

System permission and rights management

Production issue troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and oversight

Daily, monthly, weekly and adhoc analysis reporting using excel, BI tools, or other technology tools.
