Responsibilities
Developing computational models, including LLMs and multimodal AI, to analyze genomic data, spatial transcriptomics, and histopathological images for drug-target discovery and therapeutic design.
Building scalable pipelines for processing and integrating diverse datasets, such as RNA-seq, single-cell data, and imaging data from histopathology.
Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to refine algorithms and experimentally validate computational predictions.
Applying AI to predict molecular interactions, optimize protein sequences, and design novel small molecules or biologics.
Staying ahead of emerging trends in computational biology, AI, and multimodal data integration to adopt state-of-the-art methods.

Required
PhD in Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Bioinformatics, Biophysics, or related fields, with postdoctoral experience at top institutions.
Expertise in analyzing high-dimensional biological data, including genomics, transcriptomics (RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics), and histopathological images.
Strong background in computational biology methods, such as protein structure prediction, molecular dynamics, and omics analysis.
Experience with AI and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and familiarity with multimodal AI techniques.
Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as Scanpy, Squidpy, RDKit, OpenCV, or BioPython.
Familiarity with workflows for experimental validation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-driven, innovative, and collaborative.
Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environment.
Demonstrated ability to produce impactful research, as evidenced by high-quality publications.
