Responsibilities
Join our distributed team on our Hospital Quality Reporting program working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal agency.
Translate the needs of users and the business into digital product features.
Focus on new product enhancements and architectural adjustments intended to support HQR’s functional product teams.
Provide the knowledge transfer and transition of the functionality and architectural changes to the other product teams upon production release.

Required
3 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles and the ability to coach and mentor peers as needed
In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle with excellence in defining, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done
Superior relationship building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders
Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments
Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Direct knowledge is great, but knowledge with alternative products is perfectly OK! The concepts are likely the same, and new tech can be learned
Formal training in a variety of agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe
2+ years working on a remote team
Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup environment
Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience
Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services
Experience working in the public sector or a highly regulated industry
Familiarity with accessibility requirements
