Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and identity management.

Monitor and optimize Azure resource usage to ensure performance and cost efficiency.

Create, modify, and maintain Terraform scripts for provisioning Azure infrastructure.

Develop reusable IaC modules to standardize deployments across environments.

Ensure compliance with best practices in Terraform configuration and version control.

Integrate Terraform scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Automate routine tasks, including resource provisioning and configuration management.

Implement and manage Azure security features, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Key Vaults, and security groups.

Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Use Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for tracking performance and diagnosing issues.

Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions for Azure-related issues.

Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.

Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architectures, configurations, and Terraform modules.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience as an Azure Administrator.

Experience with Terraform in a production environment.

Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.).

Proficiency in creating and managing Terraform modules and scripts.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.

Experience with other IaC tools (e.g., ARM Templates, Bicep).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and connectivity solutions.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
