Responsibilities

Develop and lead the program focused on improving customer’s biggest pain point

Create and implement program management foundations from scratch

Partner across orgs to solidify roadmap and turn the roadmap into results

Ensure program remains on track, capturing and mitigating and large issues as they arise

Communicate and partner cross functionally with different audiences, including Executive Team, on program status, issues, blockers etc.

Drive program metrics, benchmarking and goals in partnership with stakeholders.

Operationally detail-oriented, a deep interest in understanding our Operations teams and their day to day

Process driven

Bridge between Operations and Technology

Lead change management strategy in partnership with Operational and Technology leaders.
