Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the first point of contact for all communications directed to the CEO, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
Assist in office management tasks including inventory management and coordination of office supplies.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Support the CEO with personal tasks as needed, ensuring a balanced workload.

Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant in a corporate environment.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and QuickBooks for basic financial management.
Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all communications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Preferred
Familiarity with office management practices and phone systems.
Experience in clerical duties such as managing front desk operations.
Microsoft Excel: 1 year.
