Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Founder to manage client relationships and surface opportunities for expansion.
Meet regularly with clients to provide status updates and help them get the most out of HubSpot.
Review open tasks (ClickUp) to prepare status updates and keep a pulse on projects in progress.
Develop a nuanced understanding of each client’s business within the first 3 - 4 months to become a trusted advisor.
Recommend solutions and create action plans for the team to deliver against.
Plan flawless end-to-end lifecycle tracking (lifecycle stages, lead stages, deal stages, scoring models).
Collaborate with clients to align people and processes behind cross-functional CRM strategies.
Proactively analyze data in HubSpot to identify opportunities for CRM program success and improvement.
Simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights and share reports for proactive planning.
Use whiteboarding tools like Miro to visualize business processes and data flows.
Ensure CRM data is clean, structured, and scalable for accurate reporting and effective decision-making.

Required

Extensive CRM implementation experience: includes data migrations, systems integrations, end-to-end lifecycle tracking, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Value-driven: You’re mindful to provide value in every interaction. Using empathy and critical thinking, you’ll find the opportunity to help in every circumstance.
Data-centric: You have a proven track record of establishing reliable, accurate data, and using it to drive meaningful business impacts.

B2B Industry Experience: Familiarity with CRM best practices for a variety of industries, including B2B SaaS, Professional Services, and Events.
Emerging Technologies: Track record of learning about emerging technologies, and assimilating new tools to improve existing workflows.
Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for your work, embracing both successes and mistakes without deflecting or blaming others. You proactively seek solutions, and ask for support when necessary - ensuring the best outcomes for clients and the team.
