Responsibilities
Lead and manage an R&D team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our training modules and scenarios to ensure the seamless integration of content with new features.
Work closely with the product management team to ensure development projects are aligned with business objectives, contract terms and timelines.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training products that meet customer needs.
Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training development and cybersecurity.

Required
6+ years of experience in R&D with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor's in Computer Science, a related field or commensurate experience.
Strong knowledge of project management practices, methodologies, and tools.
Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver desired outcomes on time and within budget constraints.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong knowledge of R&D industry standards.
Familiarity with networking, software development, and cloud computing.
Preferred
Experience developing and executing cutting-edge solutions for both cloud and on-premise environments.
