Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership, Product Management, and core AI/ML teams to define the platform’s vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead the identification of market trends, customer needs, and technical feedback to prioritize platform features, enabling advanced AI/ML integrations.
Oversee the development of platform components, including APIs, SDKs, documentation, and tools, ensuring they are optimized for usability, scalability, and innovation.
Drive cross-functional programs focused on platform optimization and operational excellence, coordinating with Cloud Ops, DevOps, SRE, Product Engineering, and AI/ML teams.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance platform efficiency, usability, and reliability, based on user feedback, testing, and data analysis.
Work with design and engineering leaders to implement improvements, advancing the platform’s robustness and supporting user workflows.
Oversee the execution of high-impact, cross-functional platform initiatives, ensuring that project plans, timelines, and resources are optimized for delivery.
Ensure alignment and effective collaboration across Cloud Ops, DevOps, SRE, and Product Engineering teams, removing obstacles to meet program objectives.
Lead proactive risk management, identifying and resolving critical dependencies and technical challenges to maintain program momentum.
Build and manage a team of technical program managers, providing mentorship, setting clear goals, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Establish best practices for technical program management, championing continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team.
Cultivate strong relationships across departments, promoting collaboration and aligning the team’s work with organizational priorities.
Drive a culture of innovation within the platform team, continuously seeking improvements in integration, performance, and user engagement.
Partner with AI/ML teams to assess new technologies and incorporate them into platform development, enhancing technical capabilities and market relevance.
Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to iteratively refine platform features and processes, keeping pace with technological advancements and market needs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven expertise in managing complex technical programs, especially in cloud platforms, APIs, SDKs, and AI/ML technologies.
Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performance technical program management teams.
Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Extensive experience working with SRE and operations teams to develop strategies for reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Mastery of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering user-centric platform solutions.
