Responsibilities
• Help Desk & Support: Establish and manage a help desk, implementing policies and procedures to improve response times and productivity.
• Employee Support: Oversee the entire IT lifecycle for employees, including hardware/software configuration, onboarding, training, and offboarding, in close collaboration with HR.
• Tool Optimization: Track and report service usage, identifying issues and optimizing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Security: Work closely with our vCISO, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure policies, procedures, and controls are effectively implemented and followed.
• Training & Documentation: Develop or source training materials to support new employees and the rollout of new tools.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with all teams to understand their unique workflows and technology needs.
• Technology Strategy: Stay current on emerging tools that can enhance productivity or address operational challenges.
• Tool Audit & Consolidation: Conduct an audit of existing tools, identify redundancies, and recommend a streamlined toolset.
• Project Work: Collaborate on additional projects with the CTO, CPO, and other teams as needed.

Required
3+ years of experience in IT support or management.
1+ years of experience in a technical service/help desk role.
Must be located in the United States and available to work core hours between Eastern and Pacific time zones.
Broad understanding of healthcare and health tech sectors.
Expertise in managing and configuring tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Familiarity with VPN/firewall management, email gateways, VMware, CRM tools, Vanta, SentinelOne, Addigy is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in areas where there are knowledge gaps.
Proficiency with both Mac and PC environments.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and educate diverse teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.
