Responsibilities
Handle workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution.
Defend cases on behalf of insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers.
Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage correspondence.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and medical expert cross-examinations.
Negotiate settlements and lien claims with strategic case management.
Collaborate with legal assistants and mentor junior team members.
Maintain accurate legal records and ensure timely client communication.
Stay current with California Workers' Compensation laws.

Required
CA Bar license
Residency in California
2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation
Strong knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws
Proven ability to manage cases independently and effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
4+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation
