Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of website data, including traffic patterns, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide strategic insights to senior management and cross-functional teams based on data analysis. Offer recommendations for website optimizations, content strategy adjustments, and digital marketing enhancements.
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate web analytics findings to stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible format.
Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to improve website usability, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall user experience. Interpret test results and recommend next steps.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of web analytics tools and platforms. Ensure accurate data collection and reporting processes.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, product development, and sales teams to ensure web analytics insights are integrated into broader business strategies.
Mentor junior analysts in web analytics methodologies, best practices, and data analysis techniques.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
4+ years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics, with a proven track record of deriving insights that drive strategic decisions.
Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO/SEM, and online consumer behavior.
Experience with A/B testing, website optimization tools, and statistical analysis techniques.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to lead projects, influence strategy, and mentor junior team members.
Creative and innovative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement.
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred.
