Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation for our next-generation product line, including Feature Management, CloudBees Platform, and Launchable.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, focusing on mid-market and corporate accounts, and helping organizations adopt modern DevOps practices through our innovative solutions.
Your primary objective will be to rapidly increase sales pipeline, drive new customer acquisition, and expand CloudBees' presence in the fast-growing DevOps and software delivery market.
This role requires a foundational understanding of the DevOps ecosystem, a passion for cutting-edge technology, and the ability to sell technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-velocity sales role with demonstrated success in closing deals, meeting quotas, and driving revenue growth.
DevOps and Developer Persona Experience: Familiar with DevOps tools, solutions, and practices, especially Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
Experience Selling Technical Solutions: Proven track record of selling software or technical solutions to engineering and operations teams within mid-market or enterprise organizations.
Familiarity with PLG Motion: Understanding of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) model and experience working in organizations where self-service, free trials, and low-friction adoption were key growth drivers.
Technical Fluency: The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders at various levels.
Driven and Results-Oriented: Self-starter with an entrepreneur spirit and competitive edge who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams to ensure customer success.
Preferred
Playbook Experience: Previous experience with building and executing sales playbooks, particularly in tech sales or DevOps environments, is highly preferred.
