Responsibilities
Mitigate risk for the organization by managing employee relations issues and ensuring adherence to policies
Conduct investigations into alleged misconduct and workplace incivility
Assist management in addressing employee issues, including corrective action and employee coaching
Provide consultative services to create capacity for people leaders
Mentor and lead Employee Relations Consultants by providing expertise and guidance

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, counseling, social work, law, or a comparable field
Exceptional written communication skills for documentation
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills
Ability to analyze trends and create training to address employee relations issues
Preferred
Master’s Degree or J.D.
