Responsibilities
Review and process medical records requests in various formats, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Update and maintain accurate records of disclosures related to medical records requests
Create invoices for medical record requests as necessary, adhering to state and federal regulations
Provide exceptional customer service while managing assigned accounts and meeting production goals
Report to the Team Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations as required

Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Thorough and detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Proven dependability and consistent attendance record
Ability to interpret HIPAA/Privacy Guidelines and maintain confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Preferred
Customer-oriented disposition with a positive attitude
Experience in a role requiring multitasking and time management in a healthcare setting
