Working with Product, Design, Data Science, UX Research, and Marketing to shape the team’s vision and roadmap

Helping find the right solutions that balance delight, speed of delivery and impact by collaborating with design and product partners

Required

You have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

You have experience with React and/or Javascript

You have specialized in building consumer-facing products on web and mobile platforms

You have developed domain expertise in either web or mobile front-end (or both)

You are eager to learn new languages and frameworks, and are comfortable working across the full stack when needed

You have worked in a product team with clear metrics goals and had a measurable positive impact on customers

You have a strong product sense and take pride in sweating the details of great UX

You are motivated to help your team members succeed and grow and learn from each other through empathetic feedback

Preferred

You are a Discord user, and understand the core features and flow of Discord communications

You’ve worked on React Native products
