Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely submissions.
Develop, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure a consistent voice and compelling narrative that resonates with clients.
Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to gather accurate and necessary information for proposals.
Maintain a proposal calendar, ensuring all submission deadlines are met while managing proposal-related tasks efficiently.
Analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, ensuring all submissions are compliant and meet the highest quality standards.
Analyze client requirements to ensure proposals are fully compliant with all specifications and standards, reflecting the company's commitment to quality.
Create and manage a proposal library and other related databases to ensure easy access to resources and templates.
Partner with graphic design teams to create visually appealing proposals that align with brand guidelines and enhance presentation quality.
Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings, providing updates on submission statuses and addressing any challenges proactively.
Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy, focusing on platforms such as LinkedIn to build brand awareness and expand engagement.
Create, edit, and publish targeted content to drive brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance iteria.us’s online presence.
Utilize social media analytics to track performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize content strategy.
Perform SEO activities to improve search engine rankings and support inbound marketing efforts.
Coordinate with design and marketing to maintain a cohesive and professional brand voice.

Required
3+ years of experience working as a Marketing coordinator or similar role with demonstrated business development expertise
Prior experience in the IT industry, particularly in proposal management
Experience handling clients involved in Oracle implementations or similar enterprise solutions
Proven experience managing and coordinating proposal processes from start to completion, with a solid understanding of proposal structuring and development
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather, format, and deliver compelling proposals
Exceptional project management skills, including calendar management and adherence to submission deadlines
Proficiency in proposal content management systems and database tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring quality outcomes under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Self-starter with a creative mindset and a keen interest in social media trends.
Preferred
Expertise in SEO and social media strategies, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Previous experience in digital marketing strategy development or enhancing brand visibility online
