Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures for better customer experience
Identify and report recurring customer issues to the management team
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and empathy
Proficient in using customer service software and systems
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
