Responsibilities
Arrange routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, car, hotel, limousine, and rail through phone and email
Adhere to tiered travel policies
Maintain an exceptional and consistent relationship with our clients
Assist with researching and resolving client enquiries in a timely manner
Support group travel reservations
Update traveler profile information with our online support team
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Other tasks as requested

Required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel working multiple accounts
Ability to learn to ticket in ARC and BSP
Strong knowledge of commission contracts and ticketing formats
Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
GDS experience in Native Sabre
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to liaise with clients and establish positive relationships
Experience in a matrix based and collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail, being highly organized and showing the ability to multi-task
Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint
