Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Strategize, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives and maximize revenue.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and exceed client expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our talented team to develop innovative solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
Actively monitor market developments and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Required
Proven experience in affiliate marketing/management or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results for clients.
2+ years of affiliate program management and publisher development experience are a BIG plus!
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and negotiating win-win partnerships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
