Responsibilities
Supporting pre-award and post-award contracting functions.
Reviewing requests for procurement of complex supplies and/or services.
Assisting with revisions of statement of work and the procurement plan.
Assisting with reviewing sole source justifications and other required documentation.
Reviewing and recommending pre-award and post-award contracting functions.
Editing requests for procurement of complex supplies and/or services for higher-level review/approval.

Required
Must be a US Citizen
Males 18 and over must be registered with the Selective Service.
May be required to successfully complete a one-year probationary period.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
This position requires financial disclosure.
4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field; or at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
One year of experience equivalent to the GS-09 level performing at least two (2) of the following three (3) duties or work assignments: Reviewing requirements and statements of work, Reviewing cost/price analysis, Reviewing contract review board findings and assists with adjudication.
Three (3) years of graduate level education OR A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
A combination of education and specialized experience equal to 100% of the qualification requirement.
One year of experience equivalent to the GS-11 level performing at least two (2) of the following three (3) duties or work assignments: Analyzing requirements and statements of work and recommends procurement plan, Assisting Contracting Officer with cost/price analysis, Assisting Contracting Officer with contract award.
