Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments, leveraging your subject matter expertise to execute on blueprints and test items and maintaining item bank content

Use and contribute to improvements in our content and item management systems

Ensure alignment of items with state standards content and to item development best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams - product, design, and engineering - in creating more complex, interactive assessments for our students

Innovate with new activity types made possible by AI technologies

Required

2+ years classroom experience teaching middle school mathematics

A focus on a positive assessment experience

Deep pedagogical expertise and expertise in state and national standards

Interest in using new AI tools as assistants in content creation

Experience in K-12 assessment development, including blueprint creation and item development

Excellent communication skills (oral and written), as well as an eye for detail

Excellent time management skills

Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organization

A positive growth mindset that is curious and energized to innovate and create something new for our students
