Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads that set the sales team up for success.
Understand the unique pain points of Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Energy verticals, tailoring messaging to hit the mark.
Research target accounts, craft outreach strategies, and engage key decision-makers in large enterprises with precision.
Partner with Sales and Channel teams to maximize lead generation efforts and seamlessly hand off opportunities.
Drive outreach for events and campaigns and co-create materials that captivate and engage.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual lead-generation goals while setting the stage for long-term growth.

Required
2+ years of experience as a BDR with a proven track record of outperforming goals.
Familiarity with the SAP ERP and/or Salesforce ecosystems is a major plus.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales metrics and year-over-year quota attainment in a software company.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, even in the most fast-paced environments.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges, with the creativity and drive to stand out.
A collaborative spirit and a 'get it done' mindset – because success is all about winning together.
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences industries preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but hustle and talent are what really matter.
