Responsibilities
Lead and implement strategic initiatives to acquire and strengthen partnerships with health systems and large provider groups, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Handle intricate contract negotiations and foster long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
Navigate and manage the complexities inherent in referral relationships and the governing laws associated with such partnerships.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the health system and provider landscape to scale services effectively.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers within health systems to maximize partner engagement and long-term retention.
Articulate the organization’s mission and effectively communicate the value of its solutions to address the unique needs of health systems and referral partners.
Utilize data insights to design partnership strategies that resonate with the goals of health system partners and large provider groups while driving measurable outcomes.
Oversee comprehensive business planning, including pipeline management and performance forecasting, to support revenue and growth targets.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to ensure a unified approach and seamless experience for health system partners.
Provide partner feedback to enhance product and service development.

Required
Over 10 years of experience in strategic referral partnerships, revenue generation, or sales, especially with health systems.
Proven ability to forge and nurture successful partnerships with complex health system clients.
Motivated to advance contracts and educate prospects on how the organization’s solutions align with existing health system programs and resources.
Expertise in negotiating contracts and managing multifaceted partnerships from lead generation through to post-implementation.
Ability to leverage clinical knowledge and data to effectively communicate value propositions.
Strategic thinker endowed with strong analytical skills and the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities.
Energetic and adaptable communicator who can customize messaging for various audiences and effectively navigate high-level discussions.
