Responsibilities
Take the lead on projects ranging from physical products to unboxing and brand collateral.
Generate original concepts with a fresh visual approach to design and materials.
Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of the brand.
Ensure the established look-and-feel and voice are successfully implemented across all products and collateral by overseeing design and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee packaging development from concept to execution.
Develop creative assets and design concepts that meet business objectives and enhance brand strategy.
Work closely within the Creative and Product Development teams, partnering with product developers, packaging engineers, and brand designers.
Constantly maintain and enforce packaging design guidelines (typography, materials, color palettes) for the general brand and product collections, updating and refining as new markets and partnerships arise.
Maintain packaging standards and help evolve visual systems with continued growth into new markets, partnerships, and legal requirements.
Encourage ongoing creative exploration and development as the product family expands.

Required
4+ years of professional packaging design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment, preferably in the CPG or beauty industry.
Training or degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design.
A willingness to bring fresh and innovative concepts as a Packaging Designer.
A strong portfolio showcasing skills and experience in packaging design, graphic design, typography, and color.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively.
Ability to embrace curiosity and creativity, championing ideas with confidence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
