Publish reports on CivicSciTV, the Civic Science Times digital publication, and/or CivicSciTV Radio

Required
A multimedia science journalist.
Someone who is VERY inquisitive.
Someone who is a good writer.
Someone who is a voracious reader.
Someone who is not afraid to ask questions.
An active interest and/or experience (as a practitioner, founder, researcher, etc.) within the field of public engagement with science is a must.
We are especially looking for folk with video and/or podcast production experience.
Appreciation and understanding of the landscape of civic science.
Expert proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Exceptional video communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
Passionate about science and its communication to the public.
Those who are currently in journalism programs or those who have just graduated.
Preferred
Residence in either Washington DC, Georgia, Virginia, California or Massachusetts is highly desired.
