Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and the Proposal Management Director to achieve mutually agreed-upon deliverables.
Research, collect, organize, and maintain information from various sources to support proposal development.
Manage the application process, including eligibility determination, documentation, and tracking business trends.
Independently and collaboratively handle moderately complex to complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry while adhering to proposal guidelines and compliance requirements.
Support client teams in achieving their missions by contributing to strategic initiatives and deliverables.
Work within established schedules to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Stay updated on relevant industry or technology knowledge (e.g., software development, hardware, engineering) to enhance proposal content and relevance.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience writing and editing proposals or marketing materials.
Two or more years of corporate work experience.
Strong understanding of the Federal proposal acquisition process and US Government systems.
Working knowledge of Windows Office systems (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Technologically savvy with advanced computer skills and familiarity with CRM and web-based processing systems.
Ability to research, write, review, and edit technical documents for proposal development activities.
Skilled at working with subject matter experts to create original and relevant content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to identify and analyze proposal trends and new opportunities.
Self-motivated, independent, and capable of exercising sound judgment.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Efficient at prioritizing tasks and managing time in high-pressure environments.
Strong customer service skills and experience in building professional relationships.
Competence in preparing reports and delivering presentations effectively.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and web-based platforms.
Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to change.
Upbeat, positive attitude with a drive to succeed in a high-growth setting.
Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a proven track record.
Exceptional teamwork skills and experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred
Certificate in grant writing, proposal writing, technical writing, or nonprofit management.
Experience in data entry, customer service, and data research.
