Responsibilities

Conduct initial orientation calls on Zoom to begin the onboarding process and schedule follow-ups to ensure all necessary career information is gathered.

Support and guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the purpose and importance of the information collected.

Help clients craft compelling career stories, focusing on supporting metrics and the strategic value of their achievements.

Educate clients on using this information in career branding and transition efforts.

Manage and update client information within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and organization.

Generate and organize documents based on client information, capturing all relevant details.

Log detailed notes on client interactions and progress regularly.

Conduct regular follow-ups (Zoom, email, phone) to assist client inquiries and gather outstanding information.

Maintain an organized approach to data management and onboarding stages to meet deadlines.

Assist clients with technical issues related to onboarding platforms, ensuring smooth access and navigation through digital tools.

Stay updated on recruitment, HR, and career transition trends to provide clients with relevant advice.

Required

Proven experience in recruitment, career coaching, or HR

Resume Writing is a must; CPRW or similar certification is preferred

Strong technical acumen; familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work autonomously and in a team-driven virtual environment with a consistent work style approach

Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and data management skills

Passionate about helping people thrive in their professional careers and delivering a seamless onboarding experience
