Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with existing clients to understand their needs and align Click2.ai’s solutions to their goals.
Serve as a trusted point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new leads through research, outreach, and networking.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of activities.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging based on market insights.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on enterprise solutions or technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics to track and optimize performance.
