Responsibilities

Assist in creating and refining architectural designs, drawings, and renderings.
Develop conceptual designs and technical documentation for various projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs align with client needs and project goals.
Research materials, building codes, and sustainability practices to enhance design quality.
Participate in design reviews, presentations, and client meetings as needed.
Support project coordination and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Required

Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Rhino or Lumion.
Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
