Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
Oversee outside vendors while providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with leadership, including Clinical, Operations and Recruitment to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities, utilizing the findings to inform marketing strategies.
Create and oversee the production of engaging content for various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, and advertisements.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation within the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Creative Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully executing creative marketing campaigns
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing outside vendors, fostering collaboration, and driving results
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, marketing automation software, and web analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey marketing messages
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing strategies
Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in the digital landscape
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
