Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, resources, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Proactively identify program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Ensure effective communication across all program stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating discussions to address challenges and roadblocks.
Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and organizational processes.
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and financial targets are met.
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to optimize future program execution.
Facilitate program retrospectives, lessons learned sessions, and post-project evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for future improvement.
Support the creation of business cases, program charters, and other documentation necessary for program initiation and approval.
Lead and mentor project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Ensure alignment between business strategy and program execution, prioritizing initiatives based on organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of program objectives.
Manage dependencies and interdependencies across multiple projects and programs, ensuring smooth handoffs and integration of deliverables.
Ensure that the program complies with regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining proper documentation and reporting standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in program management, managing complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios within a technology or IT environment.
Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and frameworks (PMBOK, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and drive results across multiple projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks and challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello) and collaborative platforms.
Solid understanding of business and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners/vendors.
Experience with change management and navigating complex organizational transformations.
Required Security clearance.
Preferred
Certification in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP) is a plus.
Federal Experience is a plus.
