Responsibilities
Overseeing and strengthening the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accounting operations
Developing financial models to guide the company's strategy
Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Managing cash flow to support growth initiatives
Supporting business decisions, particularly in the areas of contract negotiations and strategic initiatives
Leading financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes
Building financial infrastructure
Ensuring alignment with GAAP and other financial regulations
Managing treasury and banking
Leading ERP implementation

Required
CPA
At least 7 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience
Proven ability to lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes
Experience in building financial infrastructure
Strong knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations
Exposure to capital markets and fundraising activities
Hands-on leader with experience in building and scaling finance teams
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Ability to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions
Involvement in treasury and banking management
Lead ERP implementation to ensure alignment with the company's business model and goals
Preferred
MBA
Experience preferably in the semiconductor industry
