Responsibilities
Identify current customers for license expansion
Educating leads about MaxMind and its products
Researching and qualifying potential leads
Reaching out to potential customers via outbound emails and calls
Building reports for Business Development team
Updating our CRM system
Lead follow-up
Being creative in identifying new commercial opportunities and revenue sources
Setting phone/video meetings for prospects with Business Development Associates

Required
Good problem solving skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
Tech savvy (e.g., know what an IP address is, have an understanding of how computers and the Internet work)
A self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with a ticketing system and/or customer relationship management system
