Responsibilities
Directly responsible for providing our users with a high-touch implementation experience of Shepherd Software.
Facilitate the data migration (if needed), products, and services set up in Shepherd, working with the practice and internal teams to set the practice up for success.
Partner with the practice, holding them accountable for their responsibilities during implementation, hosting routine check-ins, answering questions, and doing post-launch work.
From time to time, pitch in and support our users through their journey, answering user questions as they arise.

Required
Strong Project Management skills
