Responsibilities
Provide installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for telephones, mobile devices, and video conferencing solutions.
Manage and support Cisco infrastructure, Mitel VoIP PBX, and other telecommunication technologies.
Oversee video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management for platforms like Webex, Zoom, and similar technologies.
Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices using tools such as AirWatch and Apple Business Management.
Troubleshoot and manage networking components, including SIP, H323, VoIP, and other telecom-related technologies.
Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support services.

Required
Experience managing video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints.
Strong knowledge of unified communication systems such as Webex, PBX, and ACD.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices.
Familiarity with networking concepts such as CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, and VoIP technologies.
Must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin prior to the start date (at their own expense).
