Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in both performance marketing and ecommerce metrics.
Develop and maintain complex data models and visualizations to support a comprehensive understanding of marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.
Provide actionable insights to drive marketing strategy, optimize campaign performance, and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with marketing & site teams to understand their data needs, own and prioritize the roadmap, and deliver tailored insights and recommendations.
Leverage Looker (or another BI tool) to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide a holistic view of performance marketing and ecommerce metrics.

Required
3+ years in a Data & Insights role.
Prior experience with analyzing performance marketing and site metrics.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Looker.
The ability to deliver consistent insights from ambiguous data, present findings in a digestible format, and influence decision-making.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects independently.
Above and beyond collaboration skills and a track record of being a great teammate.
A growth mindset, and a love for diving in and exploring data to satisfy their own curiosities.
The constant desire to build dynamic, scalable, and automatable tasks / pipelines.
Preferred
Python or R is a plus.
