Responsibilities

Provide Accurate Information About Products, Services, And Company Policies.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic support.
Record customer interactions and update account information in the company database.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
