Oversee revenue-related administrative and operational functions across the firm.

Required

15+ years of senior-level experience at top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Blackstone, Sequoia) within the management consulting, private equity, or venture capital industries.

Ability to close and secure cleared payment for at least one new client engagement with a minimum contract value of $50,000 within the Month 1 evaluation period.

Experience in managing operational logistics, client relations, business development, and growth strategy.

Proven track record of proposing and implementing process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Experience overseeing revenue-related administrative and operational functions.
