Responsibilities

Define Honor’s government payer strategy from the ground up, supported by leadership commitment.

Develop and scale government payer lines of business (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Affairs) on Honor’s Care Platform.

Design and own the product roadmap to support government payer programs—identifying features for client service, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with engineering teams to deliver.

Set and achieve growth, profitability, and quality targets for the government payer segment, collaborating with operations to overcome constraints and tackle real-time challenges.

Enable franchise owners to thrive in government payer programs through training, platform support, and effective growth strategies.

Build and manage strategic relationships for referrals, contracts, credentialing, and billing, while representing Honor in government and industry engagements.

Partner with Legal and Compliance to uphold HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Required

8+ years of experience driving results that impact the P&L (e.g. as a general manager, business unit lead or product manager)

Preferred

MBA, MPH or related degree

Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid or Veterans’ Affairs programs

Superlative written and verbal communication skills
