Responsibilities
Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis.
Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization.
Support month-end close cadence and packages.
Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system.
Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, fast growing tech company experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details
Proactive self-starter; able effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Pricing at previous roles
Experience with financial planning systems (ex. Adaptive)
Experience with SQL, Python and/or Tableau
Demonstrated experience implementing AI capabilities into Financial workflows
