Responsibilities
Lead the Retention Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive user engagement and retention. As a content-driven product, you will work closely with the content team to ensure that the end-user experience aligns with both the content produced and the underlying science.
Optimize the User Experience: Develop intuitive, personalized, and gamified experiences that resonate with end users. Improve the service user journey across the app and identify key touchpoints influencing retention.
Foster Habit Creation: Leverage behavioral science, gamification techniques, and product design principles to help users build healthy relationship habits and increase usage frequency, fostering stickiness and long-term value.
Drive Retention Metrics: Identify opportunities to improve key retention metrics such as churn rate and daily/monthly active users (DAU/MAU) while also pushing Arya’s LTV. Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to test hypotheses about user behavior. Use data to refine engagement strategies and gather user feedback to iterate and optimize product features.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure a premium product experience beyond the digital realm. Regularly present findings, strategies, and updates to the CEO, CPO, and broader leadership.

Required
At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Successfully brought at least two products to market from inception through execution.
Strong Analytical Skills: Comfort with data-driven decision-making and leveraging metrics to guide product strategy and experimentation.
Creative & Strategic Thinker: Able to balance creativity with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
User-Obsessed: A passion for understanding user behavior and crafting products that users love to engage with over time.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where you must move quickly, adapt, and solve problems creatively.
Preferred
Experience in the gaming or health & wellness sectors is highly desirable.
Familiarity with building consumer mobile apps, particularly iOS-native apps, is also preferred.
