Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement improvements to the sales funnel to enhance efficiency and scalability across our sales operations.
Data Management and Analysis: Maintain and improve data quality in CRM and revenue-related systems, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
SQL Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to write and execute intermediate level SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales processes, tools, and reporting, ensuring smooth handoffs and increased productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in sales, marketing, and engineering to align revenue operations initiatives with business objectives.
Performance Reporting: Create, maintain, and distribute regular reports on KPIs, providing clear insights into business performance and areas for improvement.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
3+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
2+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis.
1+ years of experience at a startup with less than 100 people.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
